Spooky Building

Looks like something on the Rue Morgue in one of Edgar Allen Poe's tales, but it's a building behind Covent Garden that looks a bit more haunted because of the infrared and the cloud patterns. Let's face it, if it weren't for the clouds, you'd never see this building in the gallery.
